Sales and delivery

The tattoo session ticket and order confirmation are always sent to the email address provided.

Responsibility for the tattoo session ticket is transferred to you as the consumer at the time you receive the ticket.

When you have paid for a tattoo session, the tattoo session ticket is always sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive an email, you should first check whether our email has ended up in your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, you can contact us directly and get help.

Responsibility for the tattoo session ticket is transferred to you as the consumer at the time you receive the ticket by email, and you should therefore check as soon as possible whether the content of the email and the tattoo session ticket matches the order and order confirmation.

VAT

All prices on Krets Tattoo are stated in SEK and include VAT. 

Experience gift card

Our gift card is a gift card for a specified amount that can be used as a means of payment.

Our gift cards cannot be combined and must therefore be used individually. Please also note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.

Cancellation policy

If you need to reschedule or for any reason choose to cancel your tattoo session you must do so no less than 48 hours prior to the tattoo session. You can rebook by e-mailing us directly at info@kretsdesign.se If cancelling or rebooking your tattoo session less than 48 hours in advance you will forfeit your payment. 

On the day: If something unforeseen has occurred immediately before or on the day of the tattoo session (e.g. illness), please contact Krets Tattoo so that they know that you will not participate anyway. Alternatively, you are welcome to give your ticket to another party.

Health information 

All customers are required by law to inform us about any notifiable diseases. You will be handed a health declaration upon arriving at your tattoo session regarding notifiable diseases as well as other health related issues. The customer must complete this declaration, as well as read the enclosed information on tattoo shop routines. Any failure to comply with this can result in your tattoo session being cancelled and your payment rendered forfeited.

Requirements upon arrival at the tattoo session

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time of the tattoo session. When arriving at the tattoo session, you must be able to document your booking via your ticket or booking confirmation.

Personal information

  • We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.

  • The personal information is registered with Krets Tattoo and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When you purchase an tattoo session on Krets Tattoo, we need the following information:

  • Name.

  • Address.

  • Email address.

  • Phone number.

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you. We ask for your phone number to be able to provide you with good service if something unforeseen happens when delivering your order confirmation, when sending the gift card or on the day of your tattoo session.

The personal information is registered with Krets Tattoo and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. If you have used your tattoo session in the meantime, we will delete most of your information 30 days after the tattoo session. We must continue to store your name and address for five years according to the Danish Accounting Act. When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens with your express consent, so that you are informed about what information is collected and why.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. Information provided to Krets Tattoo is not disclosed or sold, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. As a registered customer of Krets Tattoo, you always have the right to object to the registration, and you have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to Krets Tattoo via e-mail.

Your rights

In connection with purchases, identity and transaction information is stored in accordance with the legislation in force at any time.

If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.

Security

Through our software supplier Holdbar, we use SSL, which means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.

If you pay by credit card, you are protected against misuse because you can reject a payment through your bank. In addition, you have no deductible in the event that the credit card is misused in an online store that uses SSL. Krets Tattoo uses SSL, which means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.

Cookies

Krets Tattoo uses cookies to optimize the website and make your visit easy. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time.

We will display a table with the cookies that are set.

Log statistics

Krets Tattoo uses log statistics, which collects information that can provide a picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from, and where on the website they leave. The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing Krets Tattoo
